Caddy4U is a personal AI memory assistant that allows users to capture, organize, and recall information through voice and text input. The service includes voice and text entry capture, AI-powered organization and recall, reminders and to-do lists, people and contact management, web search for URLs, and general knowledge responses powered by AI.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Caddy4U. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the service.
You may sign in with a Google account or create an account with your email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately at support@caddy4u.ai if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@caddy4u.ai. Upon deletion, your entries and personal data will be removed within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain full ownership of all content you enter into Caddy4U — your entries, memories, reminders, to-do lists, and people records belong to you.
By using Caddy4U, you grant ApexMindworks a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models or for any purpose other than operating and improving your personal experience of Caddy4U.
You are responsible for the content you enter into Caddy4U. Do not enter sensitive information such as full financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or passwords into the service.
Caddy4U uses artificial intelligence to process your entries and generate responses. You acknowledge that AI responses may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation, and that AI-generated content regarding health, legal, financial, or other professional matters should not be relied upon as professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for such matters. You are responsible for verifying important information before acting on it.
Caddy4U offers a free tier with limited features as described on caddy4u.ai. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as described at caddy4u.ai. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period.
You may cancel your paid plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
We may change our pricing with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
Caddy4U, including its design, features, brand, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of ApexMindworks. The Caddy4U name, logo, and mascot ("Chip") are trademarks of ApexMindworks. You may not use our intellectual property without our written permission.
If you provide feedback or suggestions about Caddy4U, you grant us the right to use that feedback without compensation or attribution.
Your use of Caddy4U is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Caddy4U integrates with third-party services including Google Firebase for authentication and storage, and Anthropic's Claude for AI processing. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ApexMindworks and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your use of the service creates a risk to us or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@caddy4u.ai.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Caddy4U shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or through the app. Your continued use of Caddy4U after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
